The Story
Two young idealists try to convince small-town officials to allow a massive machine in their city that removes harmful toxins from the air – but comes with uniquely disturbing downsides.
As the officials grapple over a choice between common good and personal contentment, it becomes apparent that with the right incentives, some people can live with anything.
